To be where you are, do what you do and feel how you feel now. It gives you the strength and knowledge for that one blink of an eye that you need to become aware of. Personally, I am anxious, hyperactive and nervous. The experience through training (and knowledge) given to me to find my inner peace I personally cannot pay with anything but deep gratitude. Thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for giving me back to me. \"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"I would describe it as the realization of reality and the beginning of living with full lungs. Simple workouts, the ability to perform exercises at any time, makes it extremely easy to train. The experience was great, interesting, I got to know myself and the reality that surrounds me. \"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"People, we are the first of the police officers in the stations to do this... this needs to be spread all over the country because it is an important segment in the minds of people that NO ONE at this level has dealt with so far.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"An excellent method of how to deal with stress, ie how to neutralize it and\u2026 ..I would recommend the seminar to all police officers\u2026\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"In the beginning, everything was strange and funny to me. Halfway through, I realized what it was all about, and in the end I was amazed at the effect. I recommend it to everyone. \"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"A totally interesting and unusual experience. It changed me. For the better. For the best \"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"I have never heard of mindfulness. After the first meeting, I wanted to give up. I stayed out of curiosity. In the end, I was thrilled. To this day, I use everything I have learned. \"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"In short, mindfulness allows us to peek into our own thoughts and prevent the brain from automated reactions and give the answer we really want, to control ourselves and our desires and needs, to fight for ourselves, and thus become aware and satisfied and make the best use of what we have and to know that the problem never has only one solution. \u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About individual counseling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>Smatram da je plemenit smisao koncepta Savjetovali\u0161ta. \u017divot sam po sebi zna biti jako stresan. Ukoliko nemamo filter koji bi slu\u017eio osloba\u0111anju tog tereta (\u0161to Savjetovali\u0161te upravo \u010dini) zna\u010dajan teret amortizacije snosili bi krajnji korisnici u vidu u\u017ee obitelji policajca\/studenta i gra\u0111ana sa kojima radi. Ukratko hvala \u0161to postojite.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSavjetovanje mi je omogu\u0107ilo da postanem svjestan na\u010dina na koji se mogu u\u010dinkovitije i uz mnogo manje stresa suo\u010diti s tim problemima koji su me pritiskali. Danas ve\u0107ine tih problema nemam, odnosno takve situacije i dalje su prisutne, ali sam uz pomo\u0107 savjetovanja nau\u010dio kako reagirati i kako se nositi s takvim izvorima stresa. Savjetovanje ne\u0107e izbrisati probleme, ve\u0107 nam pru\u017ea najbolji alat &#8211; znanje kako se nositi s odre\u0111enim problemom i kako je ispravno emocionalno do\u017eivjeti takav problem, \u010dime se razina stresa svodi na najmanji mogu\u0107i i posti\u017ee se optimalnavlastita razina.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePrvo sam strahovala jer nije lako u na\u0161em poslu priznati probleme. Strahovi su nestali na prvom tretmanu. Moja je psihologinja bila odli\u010dna. Kao da mi je \u010ditala misli i znala \u0161to me mu\u010di prije nego bih to izgovorila. Sve pohvale. Jako korisno.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSvi policajci, ne samo studenti bi trebali ovo koristiti!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Pohvale na iznimnom ulo\u017eenom trudu, i oko suradnje stru\u010dnog osoblja, ure\u0111enja prostora savjetovali\u0161ta i drugih popratnih organizacijskih stvari kojih je sigurno mno\u0161tvo. Smatram da bi takvih savjetovali\u0161ta trebalo biti u svakoj ustrojstvenoj jedinici policije, ili barem na adekvatan na\u010din omogu\u0107it da svaki policijski slu\u017ebenik ima pristup i pravo na psiholo\u0161ku pomo\u0107 koja je itekako potrebna ve\u0107ini.\u201d&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cIdeju savjetovali\u0161ta i psiholo\u0161ke pomo\u0107i i psihologinju ocjenjujem s plus pet, hvale vrijedan pothvat.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O provedenim edukacijama:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eZa policajce iznimno korisno predavanje &#8211; potpuno prilago\u0111eno nama, i sve izre\u010deno vrlo korisno <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e\u017dao mi je \u0161to nije bilo vi\u0161e vremena za temu stres u obavljanju poslova glasnogovornika\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eOgromno i zadivljuju\u0107e zanje od strane predava\u010dice, predavanje jako zanimljivo i stvarno korisno kako za mene tako i za sve policajce\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePredla\u017eem da se vi\u0161e vremena da temi mentalnog zdravlja\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eIznimna pohvala predavanju iz psihologije i potrebno je vi\u0161e takve edukacije na razini policijskih uprava kao i dodatna njezina predavanja na budu\u0107im seminarima\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePohvale predavanju na temu mentalnog zdravlja koje, u smislu rukovo\u0111enja, po mom mi\u0161ljenju najvi\u0161e pridonosi u boljem razumijevanju ljudi i njihovih psihosocijalnih potreba.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eOvo predavanje i znanje potrebno je svim policajcima u Hrvatskoj i svijetu \u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eOsim \u0161to je predavanje zanimljivo od po\u010detka do kraja, nau\u010di te puno stvari i tehnika koje ve\u0107 danas mo\u017ee\u0161 napraviti da ti bude bolje\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O konferencijama i skupovima u organizaciji Savjetovali\u0161ta:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eFantasti\u010dno i revolucionarno! Zbilja mislim da je to kako smo \u010dili \u201ekorak bli\u017ee izme\u0111u zajednice i policije\u201c a dugoro\u010dno lje\u010divo za policajce.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eNa simpoziju ste nam predstavili ne\u0161to s \u010dime bi bila \u0161teta da se nisam susrela, zanimljivo, inovativno, beskrajno korisno, na najvi\u0161oj razini i samo vas molim da i dalje ustrajete, divni ste. Impresionirate. Hvala vam.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;\u201e\u010cestitke na izvrsnom usponu. Hvala za vrijedan alat. Simpozij na zavidnoj razini, pomislimo sam da sam u Bruxellesu!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&nbsp;\u201eSjajna organizacija, izvrsni predava\u010di i zanimljive prezentacije, dijeljenje osobnog iskustva, toplina, zainteresiranost i predanost, humor\u2026BRAVO!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSvaka \u010dast na organizaciji, sadr\u017eaju i entuzijazmu!\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eIzvrsna konferencija, odli\u010dni predava\u010di i sjajan uvodni film.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSve pohvale organizacijskom timu simpozija. Hvala \u0161to mislite i brinete o nama policajcima \u2013 puno sre\u0107e i uspjeha u daljnjem radu.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSvi\u0111a mi se tema, cjelokupna ideja i stru\u010dnost kojom su prezentirani izlaga\u010di.
